I am Minkyu Koo (구민규), Founder & CEO of Divii. I lead Divii, a Seoul-based IT consulting and AI transformation company. Our development subsidiary, Han River Technology, has teams in Bengaluru and Kolkata, and Korean and Indian engineers build digital products and AI systems for Korean companies together.

I have founded startups in the US, India and Korea. What began as a platform business grew into cross-border IT consulting and was acquired by the Siwonschool group (SJW International). At our peak we had 25 people in Korea and 170 in India, and our edtech product, Divii School, reached hundreds of thousands of learners worldwide. Since then, AI transformation has changed how we work: the company is now far smaller, and a lean team does more than the large one did.

Before that, I ran supply chain and factory operations for an apparel OEM manufacturer. I studied philosophy and psychology at the Catholic University of Korea and earned an MBA from Fordham University.
